While our trauma-informed services are geared to support vulnerable families, we have intentionally focused some strength-based support services to address healthy father engagement through evidenced-based practices in these areas:

Through face to face and virtual learning models and skilled professional staff, our goal is to provide job readiness training, placement services, career development coaching, and financial literacy to ensure unlimited career and employment opportunities to noncustodial fathers and under and unemployed parents. Our CDA training is state approved and nationally recognized. The CDA training program is specifically designed to equip individuals to become skilled practitioners in the development and learning of children. In addition, candidates earn a certificate in program administration. In conjunction with gaining hands-on experience with research-based practices, candidates gain employability skills aligned to meet the growing demands of careers in early childhood education including classroom teacher, support staff, home visitor, or program administrator. Other career opportunities include private enterprise for graduates consisting of personal home care, family child care, school-age care and specialized support care for children with developmental challenges.
