12 years to 24 years of age

 

A mentoring program for low-middle income youth to provide first-generation college students with resources and mentoring support. The program focuses on eliminating barriers and providing continuity of services from middle school through college. As students navigate from middle school through high school and transition from high school to college, they have access to a supportive network which provides life skills, social media and environmental responsibility, financial literacy, positive reinforcement, academic support and post-college career coaching
